Sodalite is an excellent crystal to use during meditation as it stimulates your pineal gland, deepening your meditation. Also a great tool for emotional balance and calming panic attacks. It's beautiful deep blue hues bring on very calming emotions.
Each stone measures about 1"h - 2"h.
